No intracranial aneurysm was detected. Extensive workup for vasculitis and genetic causes for vasculopathy was unrevealing. The patient had no neurologic deficits, and her symptoms resolved.Discussion This is an extremely rare presentation of subarachnoid hemorrhage due to corkscrew angiopathy.
