No intracranial aneurysm was detected. Extensive work up for vasculitis and genetic causes for vasculopathy was unrevealing. The patient had no neurologic deficits and her symptoms resolved.Discussion: To our knowledge, this is the first report of corkscrew angiopathy presenting with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
